can asians tell what country there from by looking at each other?

i'm white and i can't tell chinese, from a japanese, from a korean, from a laotion.
 
Yes, I admit our race in average have smaller penis size. In my case, however, there have been frequent reports by my past and present girlfriends that my particular penis is fairly big.

I'd say about 65-75% of the times we can tell the difference. The percentage will be higher if you examine their accent, fashion, and manners and such.
