Hey whats wrong with being honest and getting something you want. i would rather be rich and bald then poor with hair! can always take all ur butt hair and back hair and transplant it right? some neck hair also? so now you wont have to shave your back / chest / butt !!! : ) hehe i thought about that too. i see in thailand maybe cost 10,000 for good amount of grafts and have fun while you wait..
 
I think OP could pull off the Jason Statham bald look. Just keep it shaved really close.

OP should also pierce his ears. I think chicks dig that.

my hair looks close to perfect now as I'm good at styling it the right way so nobody can see the minor hair loss in a couple areas. I get compliments for having nice hair all the time

one surgery would fix everything and make it look completely perfect for maybe 15-20 years until I get enough loss again where I need to do a second procedure. What's in my favor is i have thick, coarse, wavy black hair so surgeons can make a huge difference with me.

Who is feel bad for is guys who are balding and have thin, fine, straight hair. You can do 2 surgeries with that hair type and get mediocre results

here's basically what I'm talking about

see this guy's hair type - he has coarse wavy black hair - look at the huge difference. Keep in mind this is 50 times more extreme hair loss than mine, most people can't even tell I've lost anything.

now you look at someone with thin/fine/straight hair and the results are pretty mediocre IMO

If the photo you posted earlier is really of you, you're the type of person that would look far better with a very close-shaved head than hair, regardless of whether you're balding or not. Women can tell 100% of the time when a guy is balding and trying to hide it, and that alone is a red flag for insecurity. Baldness is in.

I've been balding since I was ~16, with thin straight hair. I just buzz it down every 3-4 weeks, but sometimes I let it go longer between cuts because I don't really care all that much as long as I look good enough.
 
so you're a balding, Guido manlet with a narcissistic personality disorder, and you can't figure out why women won't talk to you?

I shaved my head couple years ago....I look much much better with hair

i actually have nice looking wavy black hair, when I style it right and use some nice product, it looks great. I have some minor recession in the front temples and thinning in couple spots in the crown but because of the density of the hair around it, you really can't tell. Once I get this surgery done, it will look like a giant bush of hair

I don't blame you for shaving it if you have thin, straight hair... surgery for you wouldn't have done much anyhow.

I have awesome beard genetics myself...it grows in super thick

the problem is that it makes me look a lot older. Beard with shaved head and I look about 40

clean cut with full head of hair and I look my age

Younger women are more attracted to older-looking mature than young-looking men. You should shave your head and grow a full beard - they'll come to you like flies to shit.

Well you aren't having any luck now, anything is worth a shot at this point right? You're 29 and have gone your entire adult life without finding a suitable mate so it may be time to try some extreme measures.

looking 40 is not a good idea for me

I tried the shaved head and it doesn't look good on me. My facial hair grows in very very thick also so I will look 40-45
