my hair looks close to perfect now as I'm good at styling it the right way so nobody can see the minor hair loss in a couple areas. I get compliments for having nice hair all the time
one surgery would fix everything and make it look completely perfect for maybe 15-20 years until I get enough loss again where I need to do a second procedure. What's in my favor is i have thick, coarse, wavy black hair so surgeons can make a huge difference with me.
Who is feel bad for is guys who are balding and have thin, fine, straight hair. You can do 2 surgeries with that hair type and get mediocre results
here's basically what I'm talking about
see this guy's hair type - he has coarse wavy black hair - look at the huge difference.Keep in mind this is 50 times more extreme hair loss than mine, most people can't even tell I've lost anything.
now you look at someone with thin/fine/straight hair and the results are pretty mediocre IMO
