I have some minor recession in the corners/temples of my head and some thinning in 2 small patches in the crown. I'm an obsessive perfectionist freak, as y'all know, so I'm not going to be happy until I look close to perfect


I'm going to a great surgeon, this guy does awesome work. Check out some of these results

and mine is nowhere near as extreme as either of those 2. I can't wait until I have perfect male model thick hair

Lol that's horrible. I don't really look forward to losing my hair, I've kinda embraced having red hair and I'll be sad to see my red hair go, but no way I want to look like some Ken doll step child. When the baldness starts to happen I'll have to learn to accept it. I can grow a nice beard so that makes up for it.

I think you're insecure because of your success. You don't realize it, but deep down you feel like you don't deserve it for some reason that you may be repressing. You need mental help; everyone does, though, so it's nothing to be ashamed of. The stigma associated with mental health is complete BS, as it's just as important as your physical health.

If you do one hair transplant you'll be on that program for life. The plugs keep growing while your hairline continues to recede. Either you keep getting more transplants to keep up with the regression or you end up with stupid looking islands of hair where your strand line used to be.

That's the thing too a lot of these solutions are a never ending battle and you have to keep doing it. Just not worth it really. Either make the best of the existing hair or just go bald, wear a beanie, and grow a thick beard.
