The system cannot find the file specified.
Did it specify the name of the file it couldn't find? If so, search your hard drive for that file name.

If you find the file, search SYSTEM.INI, WIN.INI and your registry for that name. If you find it specified in any of those, either copy the file to the location your system expects to find it, or edit the INI file or regstry to correct the path name.

If you choose to edit SYSTEM.INI, WIN.INI or your registry, be sure to back them up before attempting to edit them. One accidental bad entry in your registry can make a hell of a mess.

Good luck. :)

Another thought -- ASInsHelp sounds like a typical shorthand name for Asus Installation Help. That could be a temporary file that was supposed to be deleted when the installation was complete. If my previous suggestions don't work out, but you find ASInsHelp in your registry or the INI files, back up the file, and delete any references to ASInsHelp.

If that crashes your system when you reboot, boot to safe mode and restore the unedited file(s).

I searched Google for ASInsHelp found this link to another forum discussion about this and found one reply:
ASInsHelp is the Ai Booster that Asus provides. Just install the Ai Booster software to the default location and it should be fine. It's a poorly written install that only works when installed where Asus says to.
Searching Google for "Ai Booster" finds a lot of links that may help. Looks like this is a common problem with Ai Booster. If I understand what I saw in a brief scan, it's supposed to make overclocking easier. It may be that the best solution is to uninstall it. If you want to use it, later, look for a newer version than the one you have, either from Asus or elsewhere.

To uninstall Ai Booster, go to Control Panel / Add/Remove Programs, look for Ai Booster, and, if you find it, uninstall it.
