It's been out for quite some time. It's possible it's a repost. Isn't that made by Honda? I think I remember seeing a commercial where it came outside and picked up a newspaper or some crazy ******.
 
It's not a commercially available product, just something they did cause, well, I guess they could. Kinda just to prove the technology.

I'm pretty sure Sony has a robot out and Honda has one, but I'm not sure which is which.

Asimo is Honda. Sony used to make a bunch of small robots.
