The library at my school has 3 different floors (small library in comparison to UCLA or USC), the main floor and the basement are standard library floors; this means you can talk as long as your aren't causing a scene or being super rude. The top floor is designated for quiet study and you aren't allow to use cellphones or talk; if you are reported, you are asked to leave.

I would think that bigger universities would have this.

Also our library offers single study rooms which are neat if you want to drown out the noise of others.
 
I hope the AZNs dont ask her to be expelled. She still has rights. Even if its racist.

To save face she has to shack up with an Asian dude or a dudette. And marry them later.
