Asians fastest-growing race in United States

Hispanics are not a race. They're a linguistic group. Hispanics are basically either white (if descended from Europeans) or Asian (if native) or Black (if their ancestors are negroid), or a mix in origin, race-wise.

The point of talking about 'race' is because of diferences in identity groups.

a) Lumping all of Asia into one category is so archaic and retrograde. Just shows White America is still awakening and adjusting to the rest of the world. Funnier is lumping that with 'Pacific Islander', a big loosely defined geography with much tinier population.

b) The 'rate' of growth will definitely seem large considering there are so few to begin with (just 5% of the US is made up of people originating from a part of the earth that has 60% of its population? 😕 )!

c) And 'hispanic' is not a race, unless 'Java programmers' are also considered one!
