Go to school to learn, not to keep it real or gang up to beat up other students or be a lazy bum, shocking eh? 😛
Throwing more money into schools with students that do not want to learn = not going to work.

The difference between Asian and American education systems is cultural.

Simply put, children in Asia study with a purpose.
