My mom called me an ass (and she doesn't say that unless she's really ticked...) for having an "attitude" when I don't talk back to her...

Just realized.
I can't control my life when I'm living with my parents rofl...
I can't even control what job I want cause they changed it for me.

Edit: and no, my asian parents took away my right to move out for college.

meh...I had times when I couldn't hold a ball in my left hand (they'll never go after your writing hand)...and I love my parents for it.

Well I say :thumbsup: to asian parents! Wewt. Why else is Cal 44% Asian when CA is clearly only 11% Asian? Then you have those idiots whining about how they want affirmative action. Seriously. Take better care of your kids if this is a concern.

i had none of your limitations... and also, there are other households out there w/ this kind of pressure, it's not exclusive to Asians.
 
Sorry, I disagree. I appreciate the way my parents raised me despite the restrictions and pressures, because it helped me succeed.
