I was going to get the Thermalright XP90-c for my new CPU but I came by the Asetek VapoChill Micro XTREME when I was looking at the $900 VapoChill just for kicks. But the Micro Xtreme cost as much as the XP90-c. Which one cools better?

Not bad...you might want to get a Panaflo L1A or a Nexus if you really want silent cooling.

Thanks. So you think I should get the XP-90c over this? I just want the best air cooling I don't care about the DBA as long as it's not like an air plane.

Thanks. Hey I heard that the new Zalman CPU cooler is good? What do you think of it? Better than the XP-90c?

Only if you're getting the demo version of the 9500 that Zalman had. I think it's probably about 4-8KG due to the size. Should cool very well though. :D

ROFL...try 40-50kg...that thing could make a nice air conditioner

Anyway, have you taken a look at the XP-120 or the Scythe Ninja? Two more great coolers. If you want a hardcore air-cooler with no frills, get the XP-120. It's huge, but it'll compete with a lot of water cooling solutions. Strap on a Delta 120mm Ultra-high speed fan and you'll have one COOL cpu.
