Can anyone tell me what sort of monitoring system is built into the AS400 system as far as monitoring employees. Can data printed from the print screen function be recorded in AS400?

Term emulator to unix -> no.

hell using gotomeeting -> no.

Custom keylogger on the pc to capture screen dump key and log it -> HELL YES.
