Just a reminder when u received ur SLK-800. When u opened the package: -

1. There should be 2 pieces of stickers (some sort of pad) w/ each piece containing 4 round pad. One piece of stickers for use & the other for spare.

2. U'll hv to take out the round pad & stick it at the bottom of the HS.

3. The sticker pad actually act the same as the rubber pad on ur processor. The design of the SLK-800 is such a way tht it didn't utilise the rubber pad on the processor.

4. So, the rounded sticker pad came into place U'll hv to stick it @ the bottom of the HS...else...the processor core might crack.

Pls bear in mind. Just afraid tht u might get over excited on the combo...& forget to put on the sticker pad.

thanks, i've read about this heat sink and the pads and everything! 🙂
