It's been updated a few times since then but the last time I heard of eliza was well over 20 years ago around the time of 9.11.

The things PR firms labeled "AI" today are nothing more than glorified predictive spelling. It mathematically solved the most likely used words based on numerous samples of human writing. It has absolutely zero thought of its own. Zero ambition. Zero action. We may have created a chat bot, but that is FAR from the notions of scifi AI and killer robots.

AI is dangerous. We are no where close to having AI.
