It has more to do with those body parts simply not ripping and tearing off, not being more "many". hehe
People can hang themselves from their skin on their back by hooks, I'm sure it's the same principle. All you have to do is endure the pain and make sure you don't tear the tissue holding whatever you're pulling.
 
i dont understand wtf is going on, he got kicked before he pulled the truck??cmon wtff , i got kicked by mistake playing a quick wrestling battle with a friend wen i was younger and i remember i got dizzy and felt ARGHHHHHH , man that gets to ur brain thats bs pullin a truck
