While waiting for the video to load (there was a big lag for some reason), I was reading his description and got to the part where he notes the snake died after some sort of infection the vets couldn't figure out, and thought "Probably an albino burmese or something." And then the video loads and my hunch was right.

Albinos are mutants and often something isn't quite right with their immune systems. I had an albino Burmese years ago that got sick and stopped eating, lost a lot of weight before I euthanized it (no, she wasn't about to shed, either).
