What do you mean we can’t catch them? The issue with catching criminals is that they generally look just like anyone else. It would not be difficult to notice if something is a raptor.

First, the ones in the movies aren’t real dinosaurs. Second, we would annihilate them with ease. A single APC could kill hundreds or even thousands of them depending on how much ammo and gas it had. This would not be a difficult problem to solve, at least insofar as eradicating dinosaurs large enough to threaten humans is concerned.

The first movie mostly solved for this by the humans not having guns. (Or few of them) The second movie solved for this by making dinosaurs magically immune to bullets.

Maybe you're right that it's hard to find crypto thieves since they blend in with everyone else but what I'm saying is it's much easier to kill a large sized dinosaur that's easy to locate and track like a T-Rex.

But if some sort of small in size apex predator like Raptors escape and can breed easily.. we have a massive invasion problem just like with Burmese Pythons.

To eradicate small sized invasive species is actually quite hard!

Everything in the park was a genetic engineered monstrosity as it was, so it'd be trivial to design them to be memorable.
