HP is too busy laying people off.
Had two neighbors with higher end consumer HP printers run out of ink. When they replaced the ink cartridges the printers would not work. One was able to use q-tips and alcohol to clean the print heads and finally got it working. The other was unsuccessful and had to buy a new printer.
