As expected HP continues to suck

HP is too busy laying people off.

Had two neighbors with higher end consumer HP printers run out of ink. When they replaced the ink cartridges the printers would not work. One was able to use q-tips and alcohol to clean the print heads and finally got it working. The other was unsuccessful and had to buy a new printer.

Woot usually has a refurb HP on sale (a notebook right now) so the failure rate can't be good.

I guess I am lucky with my Envy 14 for three years (1st iteration) before I passed/sold it. But I also may have juked the lemon gods by getting the 4 year warranty....
