Wait, what?

A meme that popped up here a while ago. Apparently it's a popularish phrase in India. Like most Asian countries I'm guessing India likes to play around with English and mix it into their own native languages. Many Asian cultures have 1/2 english phrases that become popular. I would think this would especially be the case in India considering their 2ndary official language is English.

Because a hefty portion of our taxes fund it.

IMO it's kind of like someone bragging about the super awesome computer they bought/built after saving up for years.
