Article: Sugar not Eggs Causes Heart Attacks

See I told you, carbs are the enemy and they won't stop until we're all dead.

Also, yes, 100% totally agree. From everything I've learned about health & nutrition so far, carb overload (especially) sugar tears up your veins & makes cholesterol clog your arteries. Cholesterol is the good guy, acting as the band-aid for inflammation (cuts in the blood vessels), but if you keep abusing the tubes through high sugar intake, they band-aids will pile up & clog the tubes. So just go easy on sugar, soda, breads, pastas, potatoes, etc.

I am a sugarholic so this is good information for me :whiste:

Interesting that he adds flour as something to avoid only near the end of the article even though he says it raises blood sugar levels even more than table sugar.

Beggars shouldn't be choosers.

Ingesting much fat or making fat inside your body (with sugar) is never good.

For a satisfying snack I make these:

3 mashed bananas
2 cup oats
. 5 cup raisins (unsweetened, optional)
. 5 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
. 333 cup apple sauce
. 25 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Cinnamon

9x13 at 350 for 15 minutes
