Seriously, this lawsuit is a joke! The kid had plenty of mental-problems, but of course, those are NOT the reason he killed himself, it must be the game! Yes, that's it, it's the games!
Same thing happened with the Columbine massacre. The parents are not to fault, even thought they were supposed to know that their children were hoarding weapons and planning a massacre. It was not the fault of the kids in school, even though they teased and tormented those kids for years. It was not the blame of the killers themselves, who went through the trouble of planning and executing their plan. Of course the reason of the massacre is Quake, which they happened to play now and then!
