Artic silencer just installed on 9700 and fan is spinning wrong way!

Hey I just got the artic silencer 1 and the fan is spinning wrong way, the hot air
is not being exhausted, what do I do? The power cable(small connector has been
connected correctly to the card).
Any ideas?
