So how many manned missions to the Moon are planned? Will this finally lead us getting to Mars?

In some ways it feels like everyone's starting from zero considering we've already been to the Moon. They need to keep the momentum and not go decades without manned flights.
 
The close approach of 130 kilometres occurred as the crew capsule and its three wired-up dummies were on the far side of the moon.
Sorry. Wasn’t thinking of the actual dummies onboard. They were payloads to me. The two radiation experiment mankins (Helga and Zohar) are pretty cool. They are embedded with radiation detectors that should allow estimating radiation in various organs of the body. They are also wearing radiation protective vests.

After the flight we’ll do some comparisons and see how well the vests work at blocking radiation
