Artec 12x DVD±R/±RW $79.99 with MIR at Fry's

Just came back from Fry's and they had plenty of the Artec 12x DVD±R/±RW at $79.99 after $20.00 MIR.
Didnt buy one for myself, but i wanted to pass it along that there's plenty in stock at Fry's Woodland Hills, CA

WOW now 12x are out, to bad its an output company.

It's not rebadged, it's made by Artec and it's the first DVD writer made by them which certainly needed a lot more work before it should have been released. Very poor media support and doesn't burn a single media at 12x. Read here for more info. It's a very good candidate for the worst DVD writer you can buy so don't do it! I think Fry's stock will last a long time...

Hmmm. It's now $79 out the door at Fry's, so I bought one. Now I read all the crappy reviews. Doh!
