Agree. You have to subscribe to get to the OT type forums, but all of the technical ones don't require subscription and they load faster than anandtech, unless you subscribe here.
 
wyvrn, the one off topic forum that i saw over there you didnt have to subscribe to view it...

The Lounge, The Soapbox, and The Velvet Room are all available without registering
 
Plus, you can say whatever you want as long as its not pr0n and personal attacks.
I'm close to subscribing there...
