I keep telling you to get out of Western Oklahoma...come to Tulsa...the Eastern side of the state is nothing like where you are. I'll agree that Western Ok sucks!!! >>
In all fairness I should be more specific. Tulsa seems pretty nice, actually, and I apologize for my overgeneralization.
Get a load of my experiences in OK in a nutshell:
There was a baby rattlesnake in my apartment the day I moved here. After a couple of weeks, the (largest in American history) tornadoes came. After a few months, someone vandalized my brand-new Acura Integra GS-R in my apartment parking lot (which just aggravated the hail damage it sustained the day of the tornado). About two weeks after the (body-shop) paint had dried, someone came and stole it. It was recovered a couple of days later, minus its wheels, engine, transmission, dashboard, seats, sunroof, carpet, airbag . . ., plus its contents, which included a variety of valuable stuff. I didn't really have much better luck with the car I bought to replace it - it ended up needing a replacement windshield after a rock chip spidered out, and then someone came and stole my license plate (and, curiously, replaced it with another stolen plate).
A friend had his apartment building burned down by a rogue meth cooker, and another was carjacked and robbed at gunpoint by two assailants.
I don't mean to get too carried away by my slander of OK, as I am sure there are plenty of nice folks here and I have certainly met some good people and dated some HOT women here. On balance, though, I have not been overly pleased

and I look forward to moving to Seattle in about a month.
