I have Smart and Friendly CDRW scsi burner that has been working fine. It came with Easy CD standard 4.?. I just installed the deluxe version because the Direct CD on the standard would not work with Windows 2000.
The problem is now that I installed it the program doesn't recognize my burner as a burner. I does recognize the drive. I tested it for transfer speed in the program and gave expected results. Click record and get no supported drives connected to system error.
I got latest 4.03 from the website, and latest scsi drivers. I uninstalled Easy CD and Direct CD then reinstalled Easy CD alone still same problem.
