Arrrrghh! Windows messed up...please help

Heres what happened I installed the litestep theme Plastik and well it installed all this stuff or rather it changed a few things in windows and I can't figure out how to fix them all! First it messed up the icon spacing on the desktop so I figured out how to fix that but now there are a few things that it left behind that I can't figure out so if you guys can help me out that would be great!

First thing the folder icons are all messed up is there anyway to fix that without downloading some program like Iconpacker? Here is what I am talking about if you didn't get what I was saying before.

The second problem is the Menu Bars have all changed colors. Check it out.

The third problem is all the items on the start bar have shrunk!! Here is what I am talking about.

Any help would be greatly apreciated. 🙂
 
as for the first part, I would guess it has to do with "display properties" did you try that?

the second part, are you talking about the "quick launch icons"? if you are right-click on the toolbar and click "large icons"

if you have tried this, I am sorry for wasting your time
 
Nope I didn't mean the quick launch buttons I ment the buttons for the currently running programs but thanks anyway 🙂
 
The Menu Bar color can be changed within Display Properties through the Appearance tab by selecting Menu Bar from the Item list.
