Wall 'o text... tl;dr.

Son's sick, been trying to figure out what his "digestive issues" have been from for the last few weeks. Now he has a miserable cold making things worse. He woke up at 4am, took his jammy pants off and walked into our bedroom with poop running down his legs. Needless to say at that point I had logged maybe 3 hours of sleep after spending the evening with a baby that falls asleep for 10 minutes, then wakes up and refuses to go back to sleep for another 2 hours thereby ruining any evening I have planned. Finally I wake up at 8:00am - at the point that I should be at work. Now I'm sitting around while my wife decides whether or not to take me to work - she needs the car to ferry the aforementioned kid to the doctor. Oh, and I'm trying to figure out why the hell my mortgage payment, which was mailed out over a week ago, hasn't been posted yet.

Cliffs: Today fucking sucks.

Hang in there, brudda! Best wishes that the little one starts feeling better soon.

2 nights ago both my 5 year old and my 10 year old decided to projectile vomit in the middle of the night. Some kind of 24 hour bug or something.

The 10 year old had eaten those Spicy Hot Cheeto's...yeah, I don't think those stains are coming out of the carpet.

Last night, the 4 year old decided to come sleep with the wife and I at some point. I woke up to him with a deathgrip on my neck...literally choking me. It was at that point I realized that I was soaked, from head to toe, in his urine.

Ahhh parenting...good times. :\

Although our mortgage auto pulls from our savings account, so that's one thing we don't have to worry about!
