Ok I order a game called EverQuest from them over the weekend. I order it overnight S/H, and they make it signature required! (Signature for $25 worth of software!?!?! Come on!) Of course I won't be home for it to be signed but I leave a note saying please leave it and I'll take full responcibility of damages and signed it dated it and told them they could keep the paper. Of course they have to ignore my note and slap a paper saying I missed the delivery. Arggg I'm so steamed! :|:|

oh yeah now i remember.. i ordered my klipsch system thru outpost.com and it was supposed to be delivered xmas eve.. well guess what? i was at a rehearsal for something and get back and they were there 10 minutes before that.. and i have to wait like 5 days for my most highly anticipated gift...

they use airborne i think which are dumb @$%$ who cant trust people.. UPS is better =)

edit: i had bad issues with airborne trying to send back a defective hard drive to dell

They come around 9AM to my house, and they use Airborne express.
Maybe they changed their shipping methods now that not all products are shipped overnight?

I hate Airborne the most. They lost a video card I bought and I called them thousands of times.
They were late on delivering 3 of my packages.:|
