hehe I actually like Hollywood since they make all the movies I like. I was watching Wolfgang Puck's Hollywood on FOODTV (it airs again at 11 central) and they showed what he prepares for a big Oscar after party from 2001, get this:
apetizer: really cool salad
Dinner: the awesomest veal and lobster that I've ever seen. They had one funny scene where one of the waiters walky talkied back to the chefs "Danny Devito wants double lobster" hehe
and for dessert, they had these awesome chocolate Oscars.
For this Hollywood Oscar after party, they had 200 chefs and 400 waiters. Damn, I gotta write a screenplay!
