ARPC Devices - ARPC_CLASS - Where Is Driver?

I'm working on a computer and I came across in the device manger a listing for,
'ARPC Devices'

I believe that is known as, 'MS ArACPI Driver'?

If so does anyone know where I can get this?

All the links I run into online go to MS Update, but I can't seem to get this anywhere...

From what I was able to google, it has to do with usually on XP Media Center Pc the away mode driver for the media center. usually have to get the driver directly from the computer manufacture as there is not a generic driver

Without knowing the make and model of machine cannot say more

This is the box:

It's running XP Pro SP3, not Media Center.
