Yeah that's what I heard. I was pretty surprised when Arnold apologized for it (basically admitted it). But even so, I think it's pretty suspicious that it came out now (McClintock even had similar words of suspicion).

Now, this Davis guy says Arnold should be charged with the crime of pinching 15 women's butts 25 years ago.
The District Attorney is mulling over the possibilty of sending a case to the Grand Jury for Indictment but most of the cases have had the Statute of limitations time limit run out.

Talk about a further waste of the the already cash strapped Californians money.
