I got 3 1600's AGOIA F 02 12 processors yesterday from Newegg.com, I ordered them on 9/17/02

From what I read from Anandtech forum and AMDForums.com

Those chips I have supposed to be good overclockers, but I am waiting on motherboard to arrive tomorrow before I can let you all know how good they are.

My AGOIA F that I just got from newegg seems to be a dud =( I've been having headaches with my new computer all day long!! =( I have an Epox 8k3ae with the 1/6 divider and I can't get the chip to run properly at 166 at default voltage. The highest I got it was about 160. In order for the chip to work at 166 I had to boost the voltage to 1.8 but it would fail immediately in prime95. Anyone know what the problem is? I'm using arctic silver, I have the SVC Golden Gate 40 (up to XP2100+), and I also have 512mb samsung pc2700 that I got from komaxx. This is all in an enlight 7250 with 300W psu. I thought this computer was gonna be a cinch to overclock but guess not...What do you guys think is holding me back? Oh ya, the clip is too big on the heatsink so I have to use the second or third dimm slot, would that hold me back any?
