lately, when i sleep with my arms by my side or if i pick up both arms to read a book, both of my arms (hands to elbow) would go numb and tingly, almost like they're asleep. i read that its probably poor circulation? i have low BP at all times. i did pinch a nerve in my arm a few weeks ago from overdoing the free weights. can this be the cause?
