Who's this "we"? Other than wildlife refuges, national forests & BLM lands are generally open to the public for a variety of purposes. They're also leased to ranchers.

I know it's been mentioned countless times here, but the "poor oppressed people" convicted of arson and poaching aren't the same people that are occupying federal land.

I never said it wasn't, scale should be an aggravating factor. I don't believe in deer terrorism because deer aren't people. Now, if they dismembered the deer for the purposes of decorating the local game warden's property to send a message then I could see terrorism of humans via deer but I haven't seen any evidence of anything like that.
