I loved this game as well. I'm going to have to fire it back up and finish all the riddles and so forth at some point. It was well put together and really enjoyable!

I played with a wired 360 controller and it was perfect. I have heard that the keyboard and mouse work very well in this game, but I can't vouch for that myself.

Is this better played with a controller or a KB&M?

I tried both and much prefered the controller. This kind of game, along with a lot of 3rd person action/adventure/rpg games play better with a controller imo. Analog movement with variable rate of speed and triggers are ftw IMO.

I have to say Batman's a great game, but in terms of humor the new Spiderman Shattered Dimensions is way up there.

Great one liners like:
"Has any tell you how smart you are? well, no? there's a reason for that!"

I liked the game. This is a sig I did after being inspired by some of the Arkam City pics that came out. I can't wait to play it when it releases.

I started working on this one, but could never get the Joker render to come out quite right that would suit me. Once of these days I might finish it.

for me everything except chain combos were easier with the mouse/keyboard. especially battaranging with precision. i didn't get far yet but i decided to just stick to my 360 controller just so i can do the combos.

I played through this recently after playing through the new Spiderman game, and Batman beats it hands down for atmosphere, gameplay, controls, everything.
Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed Spiderman more than any other Spiderman game before, but it just didn't do it for me like Batman did.
I prefer the "flow" of Batman as opposed to the level based design of Spiderman. I enjoyed meeting "boss" characters while playing Batman instead of the "start->level->boss->end" formula of Spiderman.
Playing different versions of Spiderman was actually a negative for me, I just wasn't into it.
Can't wait for Arkham City!

I just finished it today. Huge battles are a bitch with a keyboard/mouse...I have the hardest time keeping a fluid attack and blocking is almost impossible unless I have time to wait for the guy to come at me. I'll play the next one with a 360 controller.

I love the game and it is probably the best game I've played in 3D so far, it just looks incredible in 3D.

Hmm, I found the controls to be pretty smooth with the keyboard and mouse. No issues that I recall.

Awesome game though; freaking loved it.

One of the greatest games ever made! I can't wait for Arkham City. I played it in a store for a few minutes and thought it was dumb. Thought I'd try it again through gamefly and ended up being blown away.

It was a short ending, pulled giant Joker down and beat his ass! Great game though, can't wait for the follow up. I hope they don't screw it up.

Just finished it yesterday, got it off Steam for $15. It was ok, I liked it, but nothing to write home about. Definately more suited for console/gamepads.

The croc lair was annoying, and it was made worse by the fact that I retraced by steps all the way back to the surface. I then wandered for an hour before finding out that the batcave entrance was back in the lair.

I can't imagine playing with a controller, really, but to each his own. I was able to get unending combos without taking damage in every challenge, though, so you CAN get great precision with a KB/Mouse.

Edit: PS - B:AA was one of the greatest games I've ever played, and I'm not a huge batman/third-person gamer dude.
