well I'm working on preparing to fight a ticket I receaved and have not found much helpful information on how traffic court is run in arizona. I have to apear in a "hick" town called superior and just wounderd what the process was.
The sitation for me getting my ticket was I was coming home from a short vacation and was coming off a a steep grade and me not completly paying attention to my speed sped up to 78. the cop was heading the opposit direction up the hill. the cop issued me a ticket for 74 in a 65.
I'm not looking for the standard I was speeding pay the fine BS because frankly I can't afford the ticket on my record I currently don't have anypoints on my licence but I do have an accident that I wasn't ticketed for the the insurance company "found" and is now charging me an extra 800 a year!!
I'm looking to hopefully get it down to just paying the fine and waiving the points, heck I'd even pay more than the fine if I get out of the points.
any help would be a big help
