I have no experience with Aria guitars, but the reviews for the brand in general over on harmony central seem positive. For 50$, this would be a great package for a beginning guitar player. Certainly better than any cheap crap you would buy at sears. Regular price is 70$.

Warning for those that may buy for kids: This is a dreadnought shaped guitar, which can sometimes be too big to play for younger children.

That's odd. If you really want the guitar, you could call musician's friend and let them know about the discrepancy. They take phone calls 24/7.
