As opposed to "Huffingtonpost.com" or "slate.com" or "dailykos.com"?

Yes, in fact, all of those sites have far higher standards than townhall.com - though some content is more of an 'open forum', so I'm referring more to the 'official' content.

Let's see you respond with facts from Arianna's writing or Kos's writing that are anywhere near the garbage of a lot of townhall's lies.

Ha. That'll be the day.

I don't mean to take anything away from Ari, far from it. However, those bald faced lies McCain's been tossing around in a matter-of-fact kind of way is painfully impossible to defend against, and I certainly wouldn't want to be put in the embarassing position of defending those blatant lies against the obvious facts of the matter.

Ari's job as the defender of truth is so much easier than Brad's in the OP's second link, where Brad had to cook up more lies on-the-fly to defend McCain's lies, whereas all Ari had to do was be honest.

I haven't the slightest idea why McCain believes that lying like he does will get him into the Oval Office...Well, on second thought, it worked for Bush twice so I guess there is a precedent for it.

You just proved exactly how far left you really are.

Sorry but there was no "ownage" there. Ari looks like a used car salesman whose spin is more heat than light. Real people dont fall for that sort of stuff.

What the hell are you talking about? The Huffington Post and Slate both feature contributions from extremely highly respected authors. Particularly slate, as they would never allow trash like Michelle Malkin or Ann Coulter (or their leftist equivalents) write articles that would appear on their site.

Buahahahahaa1!!1!!! Wow, talk about grapedy-grapey-grape kool-aid...

Slate is the best of the bunch but still firmly left-wing. Huffpo and the koskidz are far left, just as town hall is far right.

I can't believe people are actually trying to defend craig234's tripe. Are you people really that clueless?

Amanda Carpenter is a lightwight. Where does McCain get these fluffballs? Do the Republicans have a list of people guaranteed to produce fatuous responses filled with whipped cream and guaranteed to put rational beings to sleep?

Melber is very smart and direct. He does a great job for Obama.

This highlights one of Obama's strengths-getting good people to help him lead. A McCain administration, on the other hand, would be filled with party hacks, not competent people. Obama's machine dusted Clinton's machine in large part because he gathered together the best and the brightest.

Passing the many policy issues, if one just focuses on COMPETENCE, who is most competent? Clearly, Obama's team is head and shoulders above McCain's.
