I agree completely. I fail to understand what the big deal is. If someone feels selling Amway products isn't right for them, then they don't have to sell the stuff.If you don't want to do it, tell them- good luck, but I'm not interested.

I used to work for Mary Kay and all their products are sold in the same fashion, where a consultant sold the products and got a commision. The lady that brought her in gets a cut, and so on and so forth up the chain.
How you can sell $5 Billion worth of makeup this way I don't know. But it is doable, and if you can stick to it, you really can make a lot of money. There are women selling over a million bucks a year of this stuff and they get 8-10% plus bonuses ect. If I could make $100K a year + a Pink Cadillac selling makeup, I'd put a dress on, change my name to Susan and start selling like no ones business.

my ex wifes old boss (male) was a cadillac driving mary kay rep. he made mad cash selling it, and had like 4 other girls selling for him as well.
