argh!! what to do? bios update decided to freeze

so I bought a q8200 so before I threw it into my foxconn p35
lets update the mb bios (since I never done it before since I purchased the mb 2 years ago)
I used the foxconn desktop bios updater and now a hour later it's still frozen at the halfway point.. I cant move the mouse or use the keyboard
and on the screen it says not to turn off or reboot..

well I have to go out to do some food shopping (im prayin when I get back its good lol slim chance)..
so I wanted to post and ask how long does it normally take and im guessing if I reboot/ turn off the pc it's a paperweight isnt it.. 🙁


edit the mb is dead 🙁 no post

Foxconn might have a bios recovery. The only time I borked a bios update I ordered a new bios chip. Granted the board had chip I could extract.
