This sucks. Our basement bathroom has a small shower unit, the hot water pipe behind the water control thing for the shower came loose and water flooded the bathroom floor... and also parts of the basement...

ARGH.. it happened once a few months ago and thought it was fixed, now it's back.. damn this is a mess to clean up...

found the culprit.. the nut came loose on the hot water control side..
maybe a silicon sealer will do the trick after I re-tighten this mofo..

that happened to my cousin a few years back... he said that his kids and him played in 9" of water in their basement while they waited for a plumber 😛
