Argh, Rage3d forums down... I read that the problems between Radeon and KX133 don't exist with KT133...

is that true? I'm upgrading my mobo and cpu. I was looking at going Intel because I was tired of the compatibility problems that seem to be everywhere with a Via chipset. However, money issues are kind of forcing me to turn to the Duron. So, anyone have an opinion on the matter?

The KT133 is a little bit more stable than the KX133 chipset however as far as problems, I am not sure. I never had problems with a Geforce 2 GTS with the KT133 chipset. I never did run my old ATI AIW Radeon.

There would appear to be more issues than with an Intel chipset. It's not just the Radeon though. The majority of people don't seem to have a problem.

One thing, make sure you are running the latest Via 4 in 1 drivers. They made a world of difference, especially with stability.
