morpheus is being horridly slow and it's really starting to bug me. anyone know of a more reliable, stable file sharing service? all I'm looking for is a good selection of mp3's, video and such aern't necessary. Thanks.

tried limewire before...not much of an improvement....just looking for something simple.


Beast- I went to a local record store yesterday prepared to actually buy a few CD's. However, I find paying 15-20 dollars for each album to be absolutely ludicrous, especially considering how little of my money the band itself sees. I instead bought a spindle of blank CD's and considered it a wise economic choice.
 
audio galaxy is pretty good....ftp is tough to find good servers, unless I am missing something...

best source for me is newsgroups, and if you have a broadband connection, you should be using Newsbin Pro to dl out of newsgroups...
 
audiogalaxy is the best.... i'm surprised nobody's popped up with the inevitable "but it has spyware!", ignoring the fact that you can uninstall the spyware at will...
 
Another vote for Audiogalaxy. Just downloaded the new Nelly song (#1) from the Training Day soundtrack...and it kicks azz.
