This has been happening for a week or so now. I've done just about everything I could think of -- relaxation techniques, lowering caffeine intake (trying to cut it out of my system, but I'm avoiding coffee), but the twitch still remains. Any of you had this problem? Anyone fix it with anything other than botox? :) I don't have medical insurance, so the standard "see a doctor" -- which generally doesn't seem to help this problem -- won't really help much, unfortunately. :(

Get more sleep! Well, that works for me, anyway. My left eyelid twitches if I don't get enough sleep for a few days in a row. It's annoying as heck, as I'm sure you've felt for yourself. Anyway, my advice is to sleep more, and if you already sleep enough, then I have no idea.

Also, I don't think it'll twitch if you're touching it, so just keep your hand on the side of your face all day, as if you're concerned with deep matters.

I had an eyelid that would twitch. It kept doing it for about 2-3 weeks then it just stopped. Think it was stress and lack of sleep.

I've heard it helps if you really crank in some B-vitamins (not sure which ones, but they are water soluable so just get a high potency B-complex?), I've tried it in the past and it did seem to help, hard to say for sure though.

I think that is usually symbolic of eye strain. Get off the 'net!

Could be. I've been programming a ton recently.

I'm getting enough sleep, though, so I don't think that's it. It could be stress + eye strain...looking forward to being done with this project. :p

Argh. Still happening, must be eye strain. I've been sleeping a lot recently. I need to get a break from working on computers...like that will ever happen. :|

Well a little time away from a the computer could be arranged, but you might have to spend the time in the truck of a car. Let us know if 16-19 of April will fit into your schedule.

Get an LCD. Ask for one, and cite the fact that your eyes are giving you problems which are interfering with normal day-to-day activity due to use of CRTs.

Is it left or right eyelid? Left, you'll run into some cash soon... right, is bad luck.
