Argh! Cold boot!

I kept getting a cold boot everytime I start my comp. So I was searching the forums and it said oc'ing could be a problem. But I thought I defaulted my settings. But just to check I restart my system and I notice my Duron 600 is running at 660. So I go into my BIO's. My chip was running at 110 FSB. I defaulted everything and it works fine now. Oh god I was getting irritating starting my comp twice just to get into windows.
 
I know. Oh my god you should've seen the look on my face. I've had it running that for the past week or so! *LOL*
