So I ordered some software from Amazon this past Thursday afternoon. I *just* got an email from Amazon saying there's not enough money in my account to make the purchase. However, Amazon said they were going to ship Friday since it was too late to ship Thursday afternoon when I made the purchase.
I had a small party over the weekend, spending all but $30, checking my bank account as I go, right? I guess I shouldn't have assumed that Amazon would actually charge me before shipping the product. Well, if they just now tried (and failed) to charge me for the product, that means they lied about shipping it Friday.
Those bastards! I checked my bank account Friday night before partying but I didn't check the account history to see if the Amazon purchase had gone through.
Why the hell would Amazon wait 2 entire business days to process payment and ship?! That's stupid.

P.S. Haha, I just realized the irony in the situation. the software I had ordered Thursday of last week was Microsoft Money
