I have only noticed it a while back once or twice. They were advertising their automated setup thingy. But now it seems that everyone is getting "sponsored" or whatever by them. Espcially by their X10 "Amazing Wireless Hidden Camera" popups... and they always have to put some woman posing in it too. Annoying I say!!!

EDIT: Spelling error in title

Yea, but you can go to their website and get a cookie so the ad won't popup for 30 days. Saw the link on slashdot, but I'm sure you can find it.

Isn't there some way to disable pop-ups from coming up, aside from using ad buster software?

Disabling javascript would kill pop-ups would it not?

Disabling Javascript for various browsers.

Edit: Something to note, that in IE 5.0+ internet options are under the Tools menu instead of View and there is no Settings button. Once you click on the Custom Level button, you'll get a big list of settings you can play around with. The scripting section is near the bottom with 3 subsections for various scripting settings. I'm not sure if you need to disable all 3 subsections or just Active Scripting.
