Remember, if you have to shoot, make sure they fall down inside the house.
Good luck.
It takes 45 minutes for a police response out here. We know, because this is how long it took them to respond to each of the 5 B&E attempts last night. I'm willing to bet that if I shot one of them, it'd be down to FIVE.

it's a shame there was no type of law enforcement agency in existance... someone should get around to creating one of those someday.

That's what happens when you buy property in a neighborhood. You know you can get good land all over the country for a few hundred bucks an acre? If you don't want them crazy crackers moving in next door, don't let there be a next door. I don't get worried till someone starts stalking within twenty acres of my home.

Shens.
It's my job to know how these social programs work in conjuction with real estate and I find it extremely hard to believe they (state and federal housing agencies) funded the purchase of this house and the legal conversion to a legal multi-family dwelling.
There are so many requirements that have to be met for a house to be dealt with in such a fashion. Since it's such a highly priced area the likelihood of it being in a zone where it is eligible to meet the criteria for federal or state housing funding and rehabilitation is near impossible.
This sounds like your story of the black drug running cars with their lights off doing 130mph across the border.

Five breaking and entering attempts in one night? I call BS, no one is stupid, not even crackheads.

Do you have proof a "social program" as you call it funded the purchase of this house?
Actually, I'm not going to ask professional questions to someone who is rather clueless about the industry.![]()

There are times when I envy your right to bear arms.
We have some similiar problems, but the only legal solution is to keep dogs and fortify the home security system
Two 160-170+ lbs puppies and a massive, high fence can solve a lot of problems, though.

Yeah, probably, but that wasn't the original intent. I should xpost this into P&N just for laughs.
