Are you overclocking your main computer?

I can only vote once, bu every one is OC'ed at least 1 ghz. My 2 main ones are E6400 2.13 @ 3.2 and Q6600 2.4 @ 3.43.

Currently a Q6600 @ 3.0 but could do more and just previously an E4300 @ 3.0. So I guess I have decreased my % oc somewhat.

Well my main computer is a E6400 on a ASRock 775Dual-VSTA. This one isn't overclocked. But my fastest rig is a Q6600 OCed to 3.6. I only use that system for video encoding.

Q6600 B3 with 600MHz gain to 3GHz. 3.2GHz was attainable (800MHz gain) but temp was too high on load, so just backed it down to 3GHz.

Gaming, SETI crunching, video encoding.

My Opteron 165 lived happily for over a year with overclocks up to 900mhz over the stock 1.8GHz. So far my Phenom 9850 has only proved to be 100% stable at 2.8GHz (2.5 stock) but will boot at 3.0GHz... I'm hoping a new cooler will cure my wussiness of pushing the voltage a bit more. :)

Back up to 3.3 ghz on my E2160. Found a TRUE at a garage sale (wife loves those things) for $5, couldn't resist...

My old E6550 was 2.33 stock and I ran it at 3.5GHz.
My old E3110 was 3GHz stock, I ran it at 4GHz.
My current Q6600 is 2.4 stock and it's currently at 3.2 but soon to be at 3.4+ (I hope)

I don't know how you qualify "main" computer, but I have several "main" computers, and all are overclocked. E4400 2.0Ghz @ 2.8, E2140 1.6Ghz @ 3.2.

I don't think that there are many people who know how mark feels...I hope that he owns a power station!!

Even though it's massively cost ineffective and generally a ridiculous idea, if I ever get rich enough I'm going to destroy Mark's future computer fleet with my own... powered by a windmill in my back yard. I'm going to buy a windmill.

As in the sig...

1.86GHz to 2.66GHz, and yeah it's my main rig. I could go higher, but this is a good happy point between performance, and undervolting.

Mais non... unless you count the 'default overclock' of about 2 per cent from my Abit board, yielding a Xeon E3110 at 3.06 GHz (see signature rig). I do leave EIST and C1E enabled, so most of the time I suppose I'm actually underclocked.

Main rig: e6400 2.13GHz @ 3.0GHz
Building: e8400 3.0GHz @ 3.6GHz (so far, limited tweaking time)
